Sub Basins

The Chippewa River Watershed has varied terrain and natural resources across the watershed. The Chippewa River Watershed Association has split the watershed into six planning regions for implementation activities. These regions will allow the group to prioritize issues to smaller areas of the watershed where issues may be the most prominent.
