Upper Chippewa

The Upper Chippewa Planning Region is the headwaters of the Chippewa River Watershed, encompassing 16% of the watershed or 218,600 acres. The Chippewa River Watershed Association is currently developing a Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan that will prioritize work to improve and protect the natural resources in the watershed.
